Sheila Sheep is going to a big hospital today

 Today I have a little bit of news.   The postman with the red van brought me a  letter from my dear friend Sheila  Sheep who lives at the seaside.  She has told me that today,  this very day,  she has to go to a big hospital to see a special doctor.  Sheila Sheep has a little bit of a  problem in one of her lovely brown eyes and the doctor is going to make it all better for her.
So here I am, the famous Sherbet Sheep of Clover Cottage in Wiggleway Lane, sending her a big garden full of flowers to make her feel  loved and to tell her not to worry, as everything will be alright.  Everything is always alright in the end.

Sherbet is sitting in a patch of lavender

Oh how beautiful the English countryside is !
Here I am sitting in a patch of lavender listening to the birds singing in the trees.  Oh what a delectable perfume these flowers are blessed with.  It is the kind of perfume that makes me feel all relaxed and I just want to fall asleep right here in the flowers. In fact that is just what I am gong to do .  I will see you  when I wake up.

Sherbet is spreading sunshine and light to the whole wide world

Ah, here I am having a nice little rest. Look at these beautiful little purple flowers.  How blessed I am to be able to sit in this lovely patch of colour.  As you can see from this lovely light surrounding me here, the weather is sunny and warm and I am a very happy Sherbet Sheep. I am very much enjoying  showing you my photos.  I want to spread this sunshine and light to you all and to the whole wide world.  I truly hope you can all feel it. Love from Sherbetx

Sherbet has seen so much scrumptious food

Here I am again ,  the very famous French Sherbet sheep in Paris.  My very favourite city.

 I have been walking around today looking at all the delicious food that is absolutely everywhere.

So many things are reminding me of my lovely country life back at Clover Cottage .  Even though we are in a city I am still surrounded by rainbow coloured, freshly gathered vegetables and the most scrumptious, crusty, tasty  bread .

 I have seen the most delicious looking tarts in a  shop window. I have a picture here to show you.

  I must tell you though that I was right about my sore throat. I now have a nasty cold and a very runny nose indeed!  I am going to stay in the warm today and try and get well.

 I am usually a very healthy Sherbet sheep.  Perhaps it was all that rain, or maybe I picked up a horrible  germ from the crowded metro train.  Well I just hope I feel better tomorrow as I did want to visit a very good friend of  mine,  Marie mouse who has a design studio here in Paris.
 Meanwhile I must tell you that  Aunty Manu mouse has bought a truly delicious mixture of wild mushrooms and  scrummy bunches of herbs . We will cook them this evening for our dinner.

Oh it is such fun here,   I have seen so many very beautiful rainbow coloured flowers and I wish I could take them all back with me to Clover Cottage but  I will have to be content with my photographs.

Oh well that is all for now. I must rest as I am feeling a little bit unwell.   Love from Sherbetx

Pearl has a little holiday in Sherbet's garden

 Good morning and  rainbow coloured blessings to all of my friends both nearby and far far away.  I had a lovely surprise this morning.  Pearl knocked on my door very early just as I was finishing my breakfast.  She had a huge smile on her face and looked happy, happy, happy !
 I was so surprised to see her as I thought she was busy at her  roadside stall.  She told me that she felt like having a little holiday today in my garden. Pearl does so love to be in my garden as she is very fond of my delightfully perfumed flowers in all the colours of the rainbow.
I told her she is very welcome as always and made her a lovely cup of hot mint tea and gave her a piece of my special homemade banana bread.
 We sat together and chatted for a little while but she didn't stay long at my kitchen table, as she could not wait to run into my garden and surround herself  with the wonderful flowers and the birds and the butterflies that live there.  I'm afraid I could not join her as I wanted to stay quietly in my house today and read some wise words from my books.  Pearl has always told me that reading is good for me and it will make me a better wiser  Sherbet Sheep.  I always listen to Pearl's advice as she is very wise indeed !  Love from Sherbetx

Sherbet is having a very blessed and magical day

Ah, what beautiful flowers I have in my garden.  What an absolute joy it is to be sitting here with this soft floral fragrance  surrounding me. What a wonderful time of year it is.
I just love the colours of my flowers so much and Oh, what delectable scents they all have. I feel like putting some flowers behind my ears and dancing around my garden in sheer delight.
In fact I think I will.  I will dance and dance and I will sing and sing and I will jump and jump around with joy and I will laugh and laugh and I will roll around in the grass and just spend my day with a big smile on my face being the  happiest Sherbet Sheep that I can be.
This day is just full to the brim with  magical blessings.  How absolutely wonderful !  I wish I could share it with everyone in the whole wide world.   Love from Sherbetx 

Sherbet is enjoying his garden today

 Hello everyone. Rainbow coloured blessings to you all on this lovely sunny day.
 I am just going to sit in my garden and enjoy my flowers today.   I am going to close my eyes and smell the perfume that is coming from them and I am going to open my ears and listen for all the lovely natural sounds, the bees buzzing, the birds tweeting, the wind blowing through the leaves on my trees and the frogs croaking ( if I am lucky)
As you can see, I am wearing my new clothes that Kathy cat made for me, that is because after I have enjoyed my garden, I am going to Doodle's home.   He has invited me to share a delicious healthy dinner with him this evening.  I am so looking forward to it as I have not seen Doodle for a long time, he has been so busy in his art studio.  I wish you all a very happy Saturday.  Love from Sherbetx

A new name for the farm at the end of Wiggleway Lane

Well, Pearl, Doodle, Mango and I really enjoyed our scrumptious Italian meal yesterday evening and we are so grateful to the farmer for making it possible. Doodle has painted him a delightful picture of his farm to express our gratitude and we are going to take it over to him this afternoon. After our delicious meal yesterday we all sat around my kitchen table and thought of a name for the farm at the end of Wiggleway Lane so that no-one could get lost ever again trying to find it. We thought of so many names, Mango said it should be called Flower Farm and I said but they do not grow flowers there only wild flowers! Doodle said it could be called Fruit Farm so Pearl said but they do not grow fruit there only wild fruit! I said why not call it Farmer's Farm but Pearl said well, no I am sorry Sherbet but that does sound rather silly. She said I have a good idea that we can tell the farmer, I think it should be called Greengate Farm because it has a big green gate. Oh what a brilliant idea we all said to Pearl. Thank goodness Pearl is so clever, we are so lucky to have such a wise friend. Greengate Farm is a wonderful name and we hope the farmer likes it, we also hope he likes the painting Doodle made especially for him.
