Sherbet realises that there are two of him !
Oh my goodness! I have realised something very magical indeed.
I have realised that there are two of me and also of course two of all of you too !
You see I am I ,
( which is the first one of me ) and then there is MY self , the self that belongs to me !! How lovely!! And there is you and YOUR self.
This is wonderful news isn't it ?
We are never alone are we. You see, we always say things like - I say to MY SELF and I am happy with MY SELF etc and I may say to you Look after YOUR SELF.etc
So you see, in fact, I, am telling you, - that is the first you, - to look after your self which is the second you!! What fun! It looks like I will have to be very careful in future to always make sure that I am being MY SELF and not pretending to be anybody else . Imagine if I were to behave in a way that was not true to myself ( unless of course I am playing a part in the village play) . I may lose my SELF altogether and that would be a horrible tragedy because I would not know how to find it again .
Love from Sherbet Sheep and his very own self to all of my dear friends and to their very own selves too.. X - A big kiss today as it is a X for two.
PS Oh dear does that mean that I have to start eating for two , I am not sure that I could eat double sized meals however healthy they are!

Sherbet bathes in the light of a blue moon
Happy first day of September to my dear friends from nearby and far far away.
This morning, I loaded up my wheelbarrow with Mango, Doodle and Pearl and I took them all to help me work in my vegetable garden. There is so much to do as it became a little bit overgrown while I was away at the seaside. They all stayed with me last night as it was a very special evening indeed. Pearl had told me that there was going to be the most wonderful full moon. It was truly special because it was a blue moon and it only happens once in a blue moon ! We just knew we had to make the most of that wonderful moon, so as soon as it was dark, we brought our blankets and pillows out onto the grass here at Clover Cottage and sat and bathed in the light of the full, blue moon. How delightful it was, how peaceful, how special and how magical.
Ahhh, how lovely. We laid down on our blankets and just relaxed, the moonlight shone onto us and over us and we could feel it shining through every cell in our bodies. From the comfort of my cuddly blanket on the spongy grass, I looked up and could see the silhouettes of the tree tops and fluffy, grey night time clouds passing close to the moon. We were very lucky that the clouds did not cover the moon hardly at all.
I closed my eyes and just let all of my busy thoughts fade away and I felt truly blessed to be surrounded by my dear friends here at Clover Cottage under the soothing light of the very special blue moon. Love from Sherbetx

Sherbet is having a very blessed and magical day
Ah, what beautiful flowers I have in my garden. What an absolute joy it is to be sitting here with this soft floral fragrance surrounding me. What a wonderful time of year it is.
I just love the colours of my flowers so much and Oh, what delectable scents they all have. I feel like putting some flowers behind my ears and dancing around my garden in sheer delight.
In fact I think I will. I will dance and dance and I will sing and sing and I will jump and jump around with joy and I will laugh and laugh and I will roll around in the grass and just spend my day with a big smile on my face being the happiest Sherbet Sheep that I can be.
This day is just full to the brim with magical blessings. How absolutely wonderful ! I wish I could share it with everyone in the whole wide world. Love from Sherbetx

Sherbet has a surprise when he looks out of his kitchen window!!
I am not sure if you will believe me but this morning I looked out of my kitchen window and guess what I saw in my garden. I saw a big group of penguins dressed in scarves to keep them warm in the cold weather. I was not really sure they were real as many magical things can happen around Christmas time. I went outside and sure enough they were real! I asked them what they were doing in my garden. One of them, the one with the stripey bobble hat, told me they were on a day out from a sealife park quite a long way away from here. They had heard about the famous Sherbet Sheep and his amazing garden and thought it would be a pleasant place to come and visit. So of course when I heard that I said "WELCOME TO MY GARDEN"! Just as I said that it started to snow so I asked them to come into my cosy kitchen where I made them all big steaming mugs of hot chocolate. Afterwards, when the snow had settled down I took them all to show them my Winter garden. One of the penguins had lost his hat. I told him he could borrow one of mine to go home with. You can see him in the picture, he is the one with the purple scarf. How lovely to have new friends to share a mug of cocoa with.
