Happy Mothers Day to all the mothers in the countries that are having their special day today. To everyone else I am wishing you a very happy and blessed Sunday.

Hello everyone.  A very happy and blessed Sunday to you all. I am having a real day of rest today.
 I have decided to sit on my grass and meditate, so here I am now sitting in perfect peace surrounded only by my tweeting birds and all the little creatures in my garden - that all seem to be still asleep ( except for my birds of course) I am sending you all rainbow coloured blessings and I hope you all have a lovely peaceful day too. Sherbet knows everything always turns out right

Hello my dear friends from near and far far away.
 I am just going to sit on my grass and meditate today. I am feeling very calm and contented and I know that everything always turns out right for me, so I never have to worry about anything at all. I am truly blessed and truly grateful.  I wish the same lovely, calm, contented feelings for every one of you and I know that everything that happens to you will be as it is meant to be and everything will always be alright in the end even if sometimes your days do not feel full of rainbow colours.

Sherbet is meditating

I woke up this morning feeling so grateful for all of the wonderful blessings in my life.
I look around me and I have so much to be thankful for.  The sun is shining, the grass is all springing up in new shades of green and all the little vegetable seeds I have been planting lately have popped out of the ground in a jubilant display of green baby leaves.  I feel so blessed, that I am going to sit quietly in the bright sunshine on my lovely fresh grass and meditate.
 I will just imagine I am bathed in pure white light just like Reginald Rabbit .
 I will say goodbye now until tomorrow,  as I am now going to settle down peacefully and meditate.
