Sherbet is feeling patriotic

I must be feeling patriotic today, I don't really know why,  it isn't the Queen of England's  birthday, a new King of England has not just been born, there are no garden parties at Buckingham palace to wear big hats to. Well, maybe I just felt like dressing up after wearing my gardening clothes all day. Yes that must be it !

Sherbet is sitting on a big wooden squirrel

Hello, can you see me?
I am still here in and around the Queen of England's Sandringham Estate in the county of Norfolk in England.
I have just had a lovely cup of Earl Grey tea in the cafe that has been made especially for visitors like me and now I am having a little rest on this huge wooden squirrel sitting cheek to cheek with him.  What a handsome squirrel it is .
I must go now as I still have some more adventures to do today. Love from Sherbetx

SHERBET MEETS THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND

Yippee! I am so excited .    Today I went to Sheila sheep's favourite cafe at the seaside which is called Cafe Blah Blahh and guess who I met there?   Well it is a little bit silly for me to ask that actually as you can see my picture!  YES!  I met the Queen of England !  What fun it was.   She introduced me to her corgis, who were being very well behaved under the table  and she invited me to share a lovely pot  of tea with her.  Oh what a thoroughly pleasant time I had chatting to the Queen. We talked about my garden at Clover cottage and I asked her about her garden parties. I especially wanted her advice about the kind of hat I should wear when I attend the next one ! ( I will need to give Kathy cat plenty of notice to make me a very special hat  )   The Queen was very kind indeed, she complimented me on my patriotic outfit and suggested I wear it when I visit her at Buckingham Palace.

What a wonderful afternoon I had
I do hope I see her again at this very same cafe .
I offered to take her corgis for a walk on the beach with me tomorrow but she told me that they can be very naughty indeed and may try to run off so I think it is best that I do not take them; or the headlines in the newspapers the next day would say -

SHERBET SHEEP LOSES THE QUEEN'S CORGIS!

- and that would make me feel very silly and very sorry indeed.
I would be famous all over the world for being the one who lost the Queen of England's corgis!   Oh dear I must not let that happen!

I want to give special thanks to the very famous Cafe Blah Blahh for allowing the Queen's corgis to come into the cafe and for the delicious pot of royal tea and  also the very warm welcome they gave me. I will be back to visit them very, very soon to enjoy one of their very scrumptious cup cakes. Love from a very contented Sherbet sheepx

Sherbet is here again

At last here I am.  I have been a very naughty Sherbet sheep as I have not written my stories for lots of days now.
You see,  I have not been feeling in my best health. The cough I had in Paris has not gone completely away and I have been staying at Pearl's house where she has been looking after me with delicious home made soup and hot tea and lovely soothing drinks made with lemon and honey to make my cough go away.
I am feeling a little bit better and I also have something wonderful to look forward to.
When I am perfectly well I am going to visit Sheila sheep  at the seaside and she is going to take me to a very famous cafe called Cafe Blah Blah.
It is not too far from  where the Queen of England has one of her country houses and I hope that the day I go the Queen will be in there having a nice cup of tea.  What a lovely surprise that would be for me and what fun!
That's all for now.  Here is picture of me keeping very warm sitting on the radiator in Manu mouse's house in Paris.

Sherbet has a delightful Jubilee garden party with his friends

Oh what a wonderful day it is today. I woke up very early to finish the preparations for my Jubilee garden party. We are celebrating the Queen of England's special day. It is 60 years since she first became a Queen. It is a sparkling diamond coloured day. I have been so busy this morning putting red, white and blue flags up in my garden and making lovely fresh fruit juice for all of my friends. Kathy Cat arrived early, on Kizzy Horse, with a special jubilee outfit for me to wear, she made it all by herself, she is so talented. I am wearing it now as you can see in my photos, it fits me very well. Everyone is telling me I look very handsome indeed. Sheila Sheep and Mark Mole also arrived very early to help me with my party tasks and Pearl arrived after breakfast with a big basket full of the most deliciously, scrumptiously, beautiful cupcakes I have ever seen in my life. Oh how pretty they were.
Doodle Dog arrived with some special Union Jack flags that he had made for us to wave about and Mango Mouse brought his little friend Marise Mouse to join in our party. I am very delighted to tell you also that I had a surprise guest. Reginald Rabbit appeared under my oak tree just as I was coming out of my kitchen door. Oh how wonderful. I ran to greet him and gave him an enormous hug. Oh I have missed him so very much. His arrival has made my party an extra sparkly, diamond and rainbow coloured event. Oh what fun we all had. We sang and we sang some more and we danced and we danced some more. All around my garden we danced holding each other's hands until we could not dance anymore. We waved our flags and then we enjoyed a lovely picnic of cupcakes and fruit juice.

I could not have imagined a more perfect day even though a grey cloud did hover over us towards the end and rained on us a little bit. Luckily we had a huge umbrella to sit under so we all kept nice and dry. I will never forget this wonderful day. I am so blessed to have so many good friends to share happy times with. I am so grateful to them all for helping me with my party. Thank you everyone. Love from Sherbetx

Sherbet is preparing for a Jubilee garden party

Hello dear friends,
This is just a very quick note from me to say I am very busy preparing for a special garden party, in honour of the Queen of England's Diamond Jubilee on Tuesday.  Here at Clover Cottage,  I will gather together with several of my friends. We will decorate the garden with Union Jack flags, eat cup cakes made by Pearl and drink home made fruit juice. It will be such fun!
We may have a little dance around the garden too. Tomorrow I am expecting Kathy cat to arrive from far far away, she is bringing me some new clothes to wear for the jubilee party so please join us on that day. I will be very proud to show you my new outfit made especially for me by the very talented Kathy cat.
See you all soon.  Love from Sherbetx
