Sherbet is doing yoga today

Good day dear friends.
I am sitting here on my green, green grass on this very fine day.  I must tell you that I feel like  I want to do a  little bit of yoga today.
It does me so much good and my  freshly mown grass is the perfect place to  do it  on.
Oh how I love the smell of newly cut grass , you know I think it could be one of my favourite smells in the whole wide world.  I must start my yoga now.
I wish you all a wonderful rainbow coloured day. Love from Sherbetx

Sherbet makes his new year resolutions

Here I am sitting in my garden having a really good think. I am thinking and thinking and thinking.   Maybe you are wondering what I am thinking about.   Well,  it is the start of  a brand new year and  Pearl told me that I am supposed to think of  some new new year resolutions so I am trying to think of some things that will make me a better Sherbet sheep.
I know !  I will resolve to do more yoga and I will resolve to do my meditation twice a day as I know I should.   Ummm, what else.  Oh yes,  my next new year resolution is to not make any more new year resolutions.   I think I will just make sure I                                                              count my many blessings every single day and always, always feel gratitude for all the wonderful things I have in my life. Yes that's it.  So I will start right now by telling all of my dear friends both nearby and far far away how very grateful I am to have you all in my life and how very blessed I feel to be living on this planet earth at the same time as all of you. Thank you for reading my stories.   It is a joy to share them with you.
Love from a very grateful Sherbet Sheep x.

Sherbet is being a very healthy Sherbet Sheep indeed

I just cannot stop doing yoga!  I felt so good after my lovely upside down pose yesterday that I woke up bright and early to do a little bit more.  After this little yoga session, I will make myself some delicious freshly squeezed orange juice and eat some of my home made muesli.  I especially love the crunchy nutty bits in it and the juicy raisins and cranberries.  Yummy!   I must invite  Doodle, Pearl and Mango to share some of my delicious muesli tomorrow morning.  They will probably notice that I am being a very healthy  Sherbet Sheep indeed.  Love from Sherbetx

Sherbet loves yoga

Oh my goodness, I can see you but you are all upside down.  Oh silly me I forgot I am doing yoga right now.   I must tell you that I have been doing much more yoga lately and I feel all lovely and loose in my joints and muscles.  I am getting better and better.   As you can see I am here in my garden doing a shoulder stand.   It makes my face a lovely bright pink colour but I do not mind that at all.  I seem to be very good at this position but not so good at the headstand as it squashes my pink ear tops.  I do love yoga!   I must say goodbye now as I have to concentrate on my yoga poses.   I will see you again soon,  hopefully when I am the right way up.  Love and rainbow coloured blessings  from an upside down Sherbetx

Sherbet woke up early to do some yoga

Phew, here I am again and as you can see I woke up very early this morning to do some yoga in my garden.
I know that Marise mouse would be so proud of me.  I also know that yoga is very good for me and it keeps me healthy and strong and peaceful.  I am sure that I will work much better at my many garden tasks today as I feel so energetic.  I must ask Marise mouse if she would be so kind as to come and teach Mango, Doodle and Pearl some yoga too.  It would be so wonderful to all gather together in my garden under the oak tree and  do yoga to the sounds of the birds in trees and to have the gentle breeze blowing around our ears.
Oh yes, it really does seem like the best idea I have had in ages.
Afterwards we could all have a deliciously refreshing pot of herb tea made from the mint in the garden,  which by the way is running wildly all around my strawberry plants and is very naughty indeed!

Sherbet loves yoga

Oh Good morning everyone. I bounced out of bed with a real spring in my step this morning as I feel full of new energy after my yoga lesson yesterday. It was so wonderful, I did love it but Oh dear, I have just realised, when I tried to walk into my kitchen, that lots of my muscles are aching in places that I did not know I had, even my ears are aching! I stretched myself so much in so many ways and now to make myself feel better I think I will just rest today. I forgot to tell you that as Marise Mouse is so small, it was difficult for me to see the yoga positions she was showing me so I brought my kitchen chair into the garden and lifted her onto it, it made a nice comfy platform for her and I could see her very well. Marise taught me to stand like a mountain so here I am standing nice and straight for you all to see. Love from Sherbetx

Marise Mouse is very naughty indeed but a very good yoga teacher

Yesterday Mango Mouse told me that his dear little friend Marise Mouse was very good at yoga so I invited her over to Clover Cottage to give me a yoga lesson.
I had asked her to come at 9.30 this morning and I waited and I waited   I looked out of my garden gate all along Wiggleway Lane and there was no sign of her. Oh dear, I did so hope she had not had an accident while cutting her cheese and bread for breakfast. Just as I was about to call Mango to go and look for her, there she was running as fast as her little legs would carry her . She was so out of breath, I secretly thought Oh dear again , I hoped she would be Ok for our yoga lesson. Marise told me she had been to a birthday party the evening before and she had gone to bed late and woke up very tired in the morning. What a very naughty mouse Marise is.  A very naughty mouse indeed!  I told her I forgave her, she had been very worried about not arriving on time. We then began a wonderful yoga lesson under my oak tree. I stretched up and down and sideways and over and under and inside out and my goodness I found myself in positions that I did not think were possible for a sheep like me. Afterwards we lay down on our backs and relaxed for a lovely long time with the sounds of my birds tweeting in our ears. How lovely it was. I feel all new again! Thank you Marise Mouse.
