Oh
dear, I was trying to climb one of my trees to get a better look at
the new little buds that were growing and I got stuck! My wool became
well and truly tangled in the branches, silly me, what a careless thing
to do! I had to call for help as I just could not find a way to get out of the
tree. Luckily, just at that moment, Mango was having his plate of
cheese and bread in his watering can and he heard me calling. As Mango
is so little he could not do much to help me himself but instead he ran
to fetch Doodle from his art studio. It only took Doodle ten minutes
to arrive. What a wonderful sight to see him walking over my grass
carrying my wooden ladder over his shoulder. He climbed the ladder and
untangled my wool from the branches of the tree and I was then able to
climb down the ladder by myself. I was so grateful to be rescued. Doodle
said that he was very glad he was not away from his studio today or I
may have had to sleep in the tree all night long! You see, the farmer
from the other end of Wiggleway Lane was away at the market and Pearl
was also away buying new jars for her jam making so there was no-one
else here at all. Oh dear, what a pickle I would have been in! I am so
grateful that my wonderful friend Doodle was close by in my time of
need .

Welcome back Sherbet. Glad you didn't fall out of that tree xx
Glad you are back :-).
Dear B. Willard,
Please could you amswer 2 questions for me. My friend Stefani in a land far far away said that the dates on her tree were starting to swell. I think swell is a word that you say in your country. Or is it just in those old films Pearl has told me about. Do you say swell B. willard? Another question. Do you ever sit in your field and meditate? I am sure it would please your mom if all of you sheep who live in your field far far away, sat in silence for 20 minutes, especially the very naughty ones! Love fromm Sherbetx
Oh dear I spelled answer wrong I am very sorry, I do try to make Pearl proud of me and spell my words properly
