Happy Christening day to Princess Charlotte

I just wanted to say Happy Christening day to my dear friend Princess Charlotte, who is the new baby sister of my other dear friend Prince George.
 How wonderful to see them strolling along to the church on the Queen's Sandringham Estate. in the beautiful county of Norfolk in England . A nice quiet family occasion.
 As you can see from my photos below,  I am waiting patiently at the gates of Anmer Hall near Sandringham for them to return.
 This is the new home of Princess Charlotte and Prince George and their parents  Kate and William.
 I must tell you a naughty secret though .  I am not really sitting there right this minute as these photos were taken before the lane leading up to the hall was blocked off. It was during the time when renovations were taking place for the young family to live in and I crept in and had my photos taken there right by the gate .
 I am afraid that now I will only be able to go in and see my friends when they send me a special invitation to a tea party.

Prince George has a new baby sister.

Here I am sitting on the Royal yacht. This is a very special day as a new baby princess was born this morning and she is the sister of my good friend Prince George. Any moment now I will be whisked off into the ocean to start my journey to meet her. I do not know her name yet and I know I will have to wait a few days before she gets back to her country home of Anmer Hall, but I am looking forward to making her my new friend.  I will visit them on my bicycle as I will enjoy riding around the blossom filled country lanes in this beautiful May weather.
 I am so happy that Prince George now has a playmate and a baby sister to look after and I cannot wait to invite them both to Clover Cottage to meet all the little creatures in my garden.

Sherbet is planting a cherry tree called George after the new baby prince

 Oh how exciting. I have at last been told the name of the new baby prince .  His name is George.
 I am now off to the garden centre on my bike to buy a new spade .   I am going to plant  a  cherry tree in my garden at Clover Cottage and I am going to call it George after my new dear little friend baby Prince George who was born yesterday. I know I also have another very special friend called George who writes to me sometimes.  Doodle, my very creative friend will make me a special wooden sign  with the name GEORGE on it and when it makes cherries, I will give them to Pearl and she will make a special fruit pie and we will call it George's pie.        Love from Sherbetx
